DURACAST BASEThe Duracast base is a durable, tough HDPE shell filled with very high-strength concrete (VHSC), a high-performance concrete far stronger than common concrete. VHSC was studied by the US Army Engineering Research & Development Center for more effective blast barriers. Each base has (6) non-marking, non-skid rubber feet.
