Refund Policy

Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact our customer service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Orders returned without RMA # may experience delays in processing.

If you would like to return merchandise for any other reason than items being damaged or incorrect, a restocking charge of 25% may apply to any items returned within 30 days. Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a 30% restocking charge, and are accepted at our discretion. If items are not returned in resalable condition, the cost to refurbish will be deducted from the credit.

IMPORTANT: When returning products, be sure to send them back pre-paid, insured, and save your shipper's tracking numbers. Without your tracking numbers, it will be difficult to prove that your return arrived at our factory.

What to do if your shipment arrives damaged?

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, we will replace that item at our expense. We will also arrange a pickup for your damaged / incorrect merchandise. Before signing for any delivery, be sure to inspect the packages for any sign of damage. If the boxes appear to have been damaged in transit, be sure to note this on the delivery receipt before signing for the delivery. Then, contact Stanchion World customer service department so we can follow and resolve the issue.

  How long does it take to receive you order?
All in stock items are being shipped out within 3 to 5 business days after order is placed. If the item is not available in stock, you will receive an email notice or a phone call from our customer service department. Estimated shipping date will be announced.

Once your order is shipped from the factory, time of delivery is determined by the method and destination of shipment. Orders shipped via UPS ground, Fedex or common carrier (truck) generally arrive within 1 to 7 business days after they leave the factory. Faster delivery methods, such as 2nd day air next day air also available upon request. If you have additional questions regarding the shipping of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Shipping charges:
Freight is always additional, and will be added to your order total at the time of invoice. Credit card orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order total including shipping. Net-30 accounts will see the freight charge on their final invoice.

How much is my shipping?
  Due to complexity of our products and different warehouse locations, freight charges cannot be automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. When shipping cost is determined you will be notified with total cost of your order.
